Midnight Merchant is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. While we facilitate transactions, returns and refunds are handled directly between buyers and sellers, with PayPal providing payment protection.
Buyers may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to all items purchased on Midnight Merchant, including both ungraded and graded cards.

For example, if you receive a card that does not match the listing description or arrives damaged, the seller will cover the cost of return shipping. If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to seller agreement and stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the seller may offer a refund instead. Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be handled between buyer and seller via PayPal.
Exchange shipping costs: For exchanges due to seller error (wrong item, defect), the seller pays shipping both ways. For change of mind exchanges, the buyer pays return shipping and the seller pays for shipping the replacement.
